Edward Claxton, Sr.

Edward Warren Claxton, Sr. age 58, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. David Mackens officiating. The Claxton family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Edward entered into this life on November 19, 1957 in Clarksville to the late E.W. Claxton and Josephine Sivels Claxton. He was retired from the Trane Company and was a member of the church family at Lone Oak Baptist Church.
He leaves behind his loving family which includes his wife, Judy Bourne Claxton; son, Edward Claxton, Jr.; granddaughter, Chelsea Claxton Beegle and husband Justin; great granddaughter, Riley Beegle; brother, Billy Claxton and wife Karen; and sisters, Gail Sparkman and Nicki Wallace and her husband Ray.
