Edna Sykes

Mrs. Edna Odessa Sykes, age 100 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away August 16, 2016 at Signature Healthcare of Erin.
A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Beverly Dycus and Rev. Denise Settle officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday afternoon.
Edna entered this life on September 5, 1915 in Houston County, TN, daughter to the late Charlie and Anna Milam Breeden.
In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband Bert Sykes; and sister, Judy Sykes.
Survivors include daughters, Jane Bush, Claudine Reed, Pat Sykes; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and seven great -great grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Wallace, Ethan Wallace, Jordon Bush, Tyler McMillan, Jeff Aben, and Vaughn Cassidy.
