Mrs.Edna Louise Parker, 87, Tennessee Ridge, died Saturday, December 22,2007, at Erin Care & Rehab.. The funeral will be held at 2pm Thursday at Nave Funeral Home with Sis.Beverly Dycus and Sis.Denise Settles officiating. Burial will be in Summers Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm till 8pm Wednesday and from 8am till service Thursday at Nave Funeral Home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 24,1920 in Houston County,Tn.Daughter of the late Lawrence McBride and Lizzie Parker.She was preceded by her husband James Parker and daughter Edna Sue Binkley. She was a member of Tennessee Ridge United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son James Ray Parker of Tn.Ridge,Tn. four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Phillip Baggett, Donald Foster, Lawrence Engman, Bill Parker, Adam Binkley, Jerry Binkley. Honorary pallbearers will be Ed Bradley, Terrell Flint, Cotton Grice, Ray Mobley, Vernon Mobley, Charlie Ligon, J.W.Wyatt, Gene Brown.
