Eddie Williams

Eddie Williams, 60, Clarksville, died Monday, August 16, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Steve Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Williams was born August 18, 1949 in Hopkinsville son of Alfred and Mary Helen Hancock Williams. He was preceded in death by his father. Mr. Williams was owner of Williams Home Design, a member of Nashville Home Builders Association and a Baptist. Other than his mother of Hopkinsville, he is survived by his son, Mark (Christi) Williams, Clarksville; daughters, Amanda (Brian) Baillie, Clarksville, Kayla Carney, Gallatin; mother of his children (Mark and Amanda), Peggy Williams, Clarksville; brothers, Douglas Williams, Bobby Dale Williams, Hopkinsville; granddaughter, Chelsea. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Baptist, 3181 Walling Road, Springfield, TN 37172.
