FSG Eddie Turner - 1968 FSG Eddie Turner, 41, Clarksville, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, in Afghanistan. A celebration of life service will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 6th, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Chaplain Dewey Smith LTC officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery with full military honors. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. 1SG Turner was born August 25, 1968 in Soeul Korea. He was a graduate of Northeast High School and had served over 19 years in the United States Army. Survivors include his mother, Jeannie Pan; brother, George Turner; and sister, Tanya Axelson.
