Eddie Johnson

Eddie Carl Johnson, age 70 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Houston County Community Hospital.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Richard Neal and Ray Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
The Johnson family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:30p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday afternoon.
Eddie entered this life on October 4, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, son to the late Daniel and Estelle Lockhart Johnson. Eddie was a brother in Masonic Wisdom Lodge 300.
In addition to his parents, Eddie was preceded in death by his grandchild, Danielle Johnson.
Survivors include his loving wife, Claudette Self Johnson; sons, David Johnson (Yvonne), Darrell Johnson (Wendy), Danny Johnson (Dina), Dwayne Johnson (Season); brothers, Dale Johnson, and Doyle Johnson. Eddie also leaves behind seventeen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Alvin Smith, Jerry Self, Alan Johnson, Brandon Miller, Brian Self, Kevin Pillow.Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Bryant, Van Harper, Cody Baker, Patrick Bringe.
