Ed Miller

Charles “Ed” Miller, age 70 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
A celebration of his life will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Erin Church of the Nazarene with Bro. Daniel Medders officiating. Burial will follow in McIntosh Cemetery.
The Miller family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Ed entered this life on November 25, 1947 in Dover, TN son to the late John Gilbert and Lula Barnes Miller. Ed was a faithful member of the Erin Church of the Nazarene where he served at the hands and feet of Jesus. Ed loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing, turkey hunting, but most of all loved playing with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by sisters, Betty Skaggs and Martha Freeman.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Janet Miller; daughters, Dana Miller, Dara Smith (Derik); siblings, Jene Napoli, John Miller Jr, Earl Miller, Shirley Kipp, and Gloria Lane. Ed also leaves behind his two loving grandchildren, R.J. “Bubby” Alexander and Hannah Smith.
Serving as pallbearers will be Berry Sugg, Tommy Mitchell, Jeremy Byler, John Singleton, Richie Alexander, Sandy Fussell, Randy Baggett Jr, and Charlie Miller.
