Duncan Killebrew

Ducan (Bud) E. Killebrew, 85, Clarksville, died Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at his residence. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Paul Heflin officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Stewart County,. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 4-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. He was born August 19, 1922 in Lafayette, KY, son of Herbert Killebrew and Ruby Lee Knight Killebrew. Mr. Killebrew retired from being a custodian at New Providence Middle School after twenty three years with Montgomery County School System. Survivors include his brother, Russell (Bill) Killebrew, Clarksville; nieces, Connie Lighthiser, Brenda Presley, Florence Fletcher, Frances Sumner; nephews, Ernie Carpenter, Freddie Killebrew and David Killebrew. Pallbearers will be Robert Lighthiser, Michael Berlin, Finis Clark, Daniel Geary, Ernie Carpenter and Eugene (Coke) Killebrew.
