Dorris Epps

Dorris Fay Ferrell Epps, 77, of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center.

A celebration of her life will be held 1 p.m, Wednesday March 25 at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. David Fambrough and Rev. Ken Andrews officiating. Burial will follow at Baggett Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10a.m until the hour of the service Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. Epps was born May 28, 1937 in Montgomery County, TN, the daughter of the late Luther and Annis Batson Jones. She is preceded in death by her husbands Luther L. Ferrell and William Harris Epps. Brothers Aubrey Jones, Donald Jones, and Charles Jones and sister Kathy Jones. She was also a homemaker and member of Gray’s Chapel Church of Nazarene.

Survivors include sons; Allen (Cindy) Ferrell, Kenneth (Terri) Ferrell, Jeffery (Bonnie) Ferrell, Darryl (April) Ferrell, Danny(Elaine) Ferrell, Timothy (Beverly) Ferrell, daughter; Norma (Kevin) Miller, brothers; Kelly Jones, sisters; Millie Sorro, Gail Bodry, Dianne Jones, Janet Tallent. 24 Grandchildren and 33 Great-Grandchildren.
