Dorothy Wallace Cravath, age 88 of Clarksville, TN passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
Celebration of Life will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. John Casey officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Dorothy entered this life on October 30, 1933 in Montgomery County, TN to the late James and Ernestine Foster Wallace. She was a member of Port Royal United Methodist Church. In Dorothy’s younger years she was an active member of The Order of the Eastern Star. She loved sewing, flowers, and being outdoors.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton “Tiny” Cravath; son, Kevin Cravath; brother, Mike “Mickey” Wallace, sister, Shirley Richardson; and granddaughter, Shana Cravath.
Survivors include her sons, Phillip (Barbara) Cravath, and Darrell (Beverly) Cravath; daughter, Susan (Billy) Cravath Porter; sister, Martha Nell (Raymond) Pitts, and Janet (Tom) Dowdy; brother-in-law, Doc Richardson, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Clayton Cravath, Cameron Wheeler, Ryan Biter, Chase Gibbs, Matthew Churrarin, and Todd Porter.
