Dorothy Eloise Nesbitt, 83, Clarksville, died Saturday, August 28, 2010, at her home. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. David Castile officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, Tennessee. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Dorothy was born October 19, 1926 in Stewart Co., Tennessee, daughter of Curtis Cherry, Sr. and Maude Pierce Cherry. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Cline, brother Elderidge Cherry, and her sister, Peggy Castile. She was a Civil Service employee and of the Church of Christ denomination. She is survived by her son Allen (Connie) Cline of Clarksville and her grandson, Matthew Cline. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
