Dorothy Hamilton

Dorothy Genice Hudson Hamilton, age 70 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Graves officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Dorothy was born on October 23, 1943, the daughter of Jack Hudson and Aunie Harvey Hudson. She was a retired teacher’s assistant for the Montgomery County School System. She also worked as an associate at Wal-Mart.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Thomas Hamilton and sister-in-law Barbara Hudson.
Survivors include her daughters, Rhonda (Larry) Brown and Lori (Brian) Shepherd; brothers, James Hudson, Frank (Sharon) Hudson, and Harry (Betty) Hudson; grandchildren, Justin Smith, Joby Smith, and Charvel Groves.
Pallbearers will be Justin Smith, Joby Smith, Brian Shepherd, Nate Lay, Pat Parker, and Terry Smith.
