Dorothy Allsbrooks

Dorothy Irene Allsbrooks, age 93 of Erin, TN, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at her residence.
A celebration of her life will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Moody officiating.
The Allsbrooks family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service Thursday afternoon.
Dorothy entered this life on July 2, 1926 in Houston, County, TN, daughter to the late Monte and Nora Letha Howell. Dorothy was a lifelong member of Arlington Cumberland Presbyterian Church and served as Treasurer for many years.
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur “Jr” Allsbrooks; brothers, Billy Howell, Grover Howell; sisters, Carrie Ragsdale and Ruby Warfield.
Survivors include her loving sons, Don (Karen) Allsbrooks, Monty (Alisha) Allsbrooks; grandchildren, Brian (Lindsay) Allsbrooks, Lorie (Jason) Crenshaw, Jared (Ashley) Allsbrooks, Keli (Josh) Rutherford; great-grandchildren, Caroline Crenshaw, Riley Rutherford, Kate Rutherford, Gunner Allsbrooks, and Braelyn Allsbrooks.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jared Allsbrooks, Brian Allsbrooks, Jason Crenshaw, Mike Warfield, Josh Rutherford, and Randall Coleman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arlington Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Linda Bratschi, 1130 Old Stewart Rd, Tennessee Ridge, TN, 37178.
