He was born on January 12, 1939. He was a U.S. Air Force Veterans and retired from DuPont Plant.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Jenkins and father, Billy Joel Jenkins.
Survivors include of daughters, Kimberly (Tony) Spencer and Mechelle Lynch; mother, Earlene Smith Jenkins; grandchildren, Joe Lynch, Donney Lynch, and Rayce Spencer; great granddaughter, Lakelyn Spencer.
