Donna Roberta (Berpa) Johnson, born May 13, 1964, to Donald R. Logan and Kathleen A. Logan, tap-danced and spun into her next adventure on November 18, 2021.
Along with her husband and very best friend, Daniel Johnson, Donna was co-founder/owner/operator of Chi-Town Hot Dogs here in Clarksville. Since 1993 the couple lived and worked together, side by side, growing to love and understand each other more and more with the passing of time. Donna highly recommends going into business with your spouse!!!
She and her husband were also co-founders and board members of The WOW Society. Donna joined the Order of the Eastern Stars and was honored to be appointed a Kentucky Colonel, a tribute to the memory of her amazing great-grandmother who was also a proud member for years; she was a board member of Goodwill Ambassadors and for a brief time was a board member of The Moose Lodge.
In her free time Donna’s favorite past-time was to sing or play harmonica, accompanying Dan playing his original music. She had just as much fun whether they were alone together on their deck; in the company of friends or on a stage with the band.
Donna was a big fan of gardening and then canning/preserving her harvests. She also loved crafts and cherished spending time with her mother in their arts and crafts room, as well as playing card games and shopping with her.
She deeply loved the many dogs and cats that joined their family over the years. All of them came by some sort of rescue situation and all of them were sweet perfect little creatures that melted her heart.
Donna is survived by her husband, Daniel M. Johnson, as well as her mother, Kathleen A. Logan; their three current “fur babies”: Doc Holiday, Oopsy Daisy and Trixie; along with two nieces: Stephanie and Jessica Breitenfellner.
Donna left here peacefully and was so grateful for the prayers her family and friends included her in. While Donna treasured living her life and would have loved to have had more time here she looked forward to experiencing heaven. Goodbye and Smooch!!
