Donna Kay Rose Detelich, 55 of Clarksville, died Monday, May 29, 2017, at Centennial Medical Center.
Her funeral will be held 12 noon Saturday, June 3, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Cal Hampton officiating. Visitations will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 2 and from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service Saturday, June 3 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Clarksville's Riverview Cemetery.
Donna was born February 27, 1962 in Montgomery County. She went to Clarksville High School, was a business owner, and a home maker. She enjoyed circa 1985 blue eyeliner, Lifetime and Hallmark Movie Networks, Holidays (especially Christmas), afternoon naps, morning coffee, decorating, cat fishing, shopping, traveling with her family, her dogs, and most of all, an awesome southern cook that cherished marching to her own drum as a non-conformist and spit-fire.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Nora Gibbs Rose; brother, Kenneth (Buddy) Rose; and sisters, Laverne Brake and Linda Baggett. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Jeffrey M. Detelich; two daughters, Alexandria M. Hamann (Jason) and Tiffany C. Detelich (Caleb); three brothers, Steve (Diane), Darin (Andrea) , and Pat (Mary) Rose; four sisters, Sue Baggett, Rebecca Bagby, and Connie Gibson (George); and numerous nieces and nephews all of Clarksville.
Pallbearers will be Darin Rose, Pat Rose, Stacy Baggett, Timmy Baggett, Robert (RJ) Rose, Kenneth Rose, Clayton Rose and Brandon Brown.
