Donna entered this life on December 21, 1937 in Hannibal, MO to the late Raymond and Hazel Steelman Felton. She was a member of First Assembly of God.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Burgins, Sr.; children, James Burgins, Jr., Steven Burgins, and Brenda Conway; grandson, James Ray Conway; son-in-law, Danny Conway, and daughter-in-law, Debbie Burgins.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Joshua (Leona) Taylor, Jimmy (Tiffany) Conway, Christopher Burgins, Jeremy Burgins,Kimberly Burgins, and Dakota Burgins; twelve great-grandchildren, and great-great-granddaughter, Audrey Marie Williams.
