Donald Parish

Donald Eugene Parish, 76, Clarksville, died Friday, October 24, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Verlon Moore officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born August 10, 1932 in Muncie, IN son of Theodore Parish and Sarah Yingling Parish. Mr. Parish was a Press Room Supervisor and attended Hilldale Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Shirley June Parish of Clarksville; sons Gary Alan(Shirly) Parish of Fairfield, CA and Donald Lee (Kathy) Parish of Clarksville; daughters Sherry Lynn (Henry) Young and Nyra Jo (Stephen) Akins of Clarksville; sister Marie Kershner of Muncie, IN; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Brian Steinsultz, Brad Steinsultz, Scott Steinsultz, Paul Steinsultz, Brent Steinsultz, and Brent Headland.
