Donald E. Kennedy, age 91, of Clarksville, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at his home.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2016 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday.
Donald was born September 10, 1925 in Middlesex, NY, the son of the late Claude Kennedy and Fannie Ferris Kennedy. He is also preceded in death by wife, Elaine Louise Zimmerman Kennedy and son, Thomas “Tom” Kennedy. He was a retired SFC in the U.S. Army and later retired from Trane Company.
Survivors include daughter, Nancy Murray; grandchildren, Dawn (John) Blanton and Adele (Carlos) Stabler; 4 great-grandchildren, C.J. Stabler, Nicole Stabler, Katherine Wilson, and John-Wesley Blanton; and great-great-grandchildren, Mila Jade Stabler and Carlos Cruz Stabler.
Pallbearers will be Carlos Stabler,, C.J. Stabler, John Blanton, John Wesley Blanton, and Tyler Wilson.
