Donald "Donnie" Hughes

Donald "Donnie" Hughes, 51, Clarksville, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Russellville, Kentucky with the Rev. Calvin Naylor officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Donnie was born September 26, 1960 in Russellville, Kentucky, son of Robert H. Hughes and Linda Jones Bachhofer. Donnie was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Hughes, and his sister, Shirley J. Hughes.
Survivors include his mother, Linda Bachhofer and her husband Dale of Clarksville; brother, Robert Hughes of Clarksville; uncles, Robert Jones of Woodbury, TN and Steve Jones of Bowling Green, KY; aunt, Doris Thompson of Meridian, MS; nephew, Ross Hughes; niece, Carris Hughes; and great niece Aubrey Hughes.
Pallbearers will be Ross Hughes, Todd Jones, Christopher Thompson, James Duckworth, Mike Gillett, and Ronnie Green.
