Dixie Downs

Dixie Ester Downs, 48, Clarksville, died Saturday, October 10, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with the Rev.'s Louie Montoya and Dennis Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. She was born December 18, 1960 in Hawaii. Mrs. Downs was a member of the First Assembly of God, Clarksville, and was employed as a housekeeper at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Ricky Downs of Clarksville, and her brothers and sisters, all of Hawaii. Memorials may be made to First Assembly of God, Clarksville, 1186 Ft.
