Dianne McGregor

Virginia Dianne McGregor, age 72, of Clarksville, TN passed away on July 16, 2024.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2024 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 801 Lafayette Road, Clarksville, TN 37042. President Stratie Young and Bishop John Morgan will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, in Dover, TN.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the church.

Dianne entered this life on July 15, 1952 in Clarksville, TN to the late Elwin Voyn McGregor, and Myrtha Lyndola Nelson McGregor. She was a graduate of Clarksville High School. She chose to continue her education at Middle Tennessee State University, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Administration. Dianne’s career in Human Resources was marked by her dedication and excellence, most recently at Tennova Healthcare. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Johns.

Survivors include her siblings, Rowena McGregor, Lynda McGregor, and Elwin (Pat) McGregor; nephews, Daniel Elwin (Sara Beth) McGregor, Steve Maholland, and Dewayne Hicks; nieces, Terre Ralls, Denise Wallace, and Deanna Griffin.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Indian school, P.O. Box 326, Chamberlain South Dakota, 57326 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
