Delores Ann Needham

Delores Ann Needham, a beloved mother & grandmother, sadly passed away comfortably in her home in Oak Grove, Kentucky, at the age of 81, on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, surrounded by family & loved ones. 

Thanks to the help of her Daughter Tammy Needham & Grandson Jason Needham for being her primary supporters & caregivers & providing her & her husband (Rex) with peace & comfort their last years with us. 

Born on July 9, 1943, in North Carolina, Delores led a life full of love for her family. Delores was a nurturing & loving mother to her children, Sherry Atwood, Penny Needham, Tammy Needham & Kevin Needham. Her legacy of love will also continue to flourish in the hearts of her 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Whether it was playing bingo or sharing a delicious meal that brought everyone together, or providing comfort during tough times, Delores was the heart of her family. 

Delores was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rex Needham, their daughter, Penny Needham, Grandson Kenneth Needham, and granddaughters Rebecca Atwood & Christy Manning. Delores will be remembered not only for her unwavering love, but also for the countless lessons she taught to those fortunate enough to know her.
