Delores Jean Kelley, age 75, of Clarksville, passed away, Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. Burial will be 12:30 p.m. Friday in Mound City National Cemetery, Mound City, IL. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Thursday. Delores was born on May 27, 1942 in Madera, CA to the late Aubrey Norman Seagraves and Reba Mae Cash. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Russell David Kelley, Sr.; son, Russell David Kelley, Jr. and brother, Linsey Dale Seagraves. Survivors include her son, Wesley Allen Kelley; daughters, Kimberly (Tony) Malone and Barbara Lee; brothers, Aubrey Norman Seagraves and Gerald Dewayne Seagraves; sisters, Barbara Mae Wright and Linda Sue Farrell.
