Delmas Greenup

Delmas Gene Greenup, 90 of Clarksville passed away on June 29, 2020, at his residence.

Celebration of life will be held on 1 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2020, at Hilldale Church of Christ with Bro. Tay Joslin officiating. Burial will follow at Southside Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, July 2, 2020, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hilldale Church of Christ and again on Friday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the church.

Delmas entered this life on June 24, 1930, in Henry County, TN to the late Carmon and Nell Crutcher Greenup. He was a Veteran of The United States Air Force, retired owner of Greenup’s Decorating Service and a member of Hilldale Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Howard Greenup; siblings Curwood Greenup and Nadine Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Puchalski Greenup; children, David Greenup and life partner, Margaret Drobinski and her children, Hanan & Danya Abusond and Diane (Dennis Jay) Greenup Williams; grandchildren, James Michael Greenup, Katherine Lynn Greenup, and Eric Greenup; great-grandchildren, Liam Greenup and Evenlyn Wells; siblings, Larry Greenup, Carolyn Greenup, Ellis Greenup, Claytia Harris, Kathy Devers, and Brenda Price.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
