Delma Black, age 95, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 at her residence. A Celebration of Life service will be 11am Wednesday at Excel Baptist Church with Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8pm Tuesday at McReynolds-Nave and Larson funeral home and 10am untl service time Wednesday at the Church.
Mrs. Black was born November 13, 1916 in Montgomery County, the daughter of the late Ike and Emma Barrett Denton. She was a homemaker and member of Excel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, E.C. Black.
Survivors include sons; Bobby Black, Jimmy Black, Eddie Black, Terry Black, daughters; Joyce Peterson, Shirley Hatfield; 18 grandchildren; 33 great-gradchildren; 12 great-great-grndchildren and 1 great-great-great grandchild.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
