Deanna Kaaren Conklin, 70, Clarksville, passed away, Thursday, September 25, 2014 at her residence.
A celebration of her life will be held 11 a.m., Monday, September 29, 2014 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. Burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m., Sunday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home.
She was born March 3, 1944 in New Albany, IND and was the daughter of the late Kenneth and June Schuppert Hamm.
Dee graduated from Indiana University with an A.S. Degree in Nursing where she met and married Dr. John T. Conklin. A faithful member of First Baptist Church and the Ray Stone Sunday School Class. She enjoyed shopping and crocheting.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. John T. Conklin; son, Scott Clark; daughter, Cindy Powell; brother, Lawrence Hamm; sister, Sheila Birchfield; and grandchildren, Kirkland Elsworth and Kylie Clark.
