Dean “Wild Man” Patterson, age 69, of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020, peacefully surrounded by family and friends at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2020, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Ferrell and Jerry Lee Martin officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2020, and again at 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Dean entered into this life on August 9, 1950, to the late Herman and Pauline Shepherd Patterson. He was the owner/operator of Patterson Trucking Company and was a long haul trucker for 38 years. Dean enjoyed cattle, farming, and driving 18 wheelers. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Lamoureux.
Survivors include his co-pilot and wife for 38 years, Debbie Cleary Patterson; daughter, Jessica Patterson (Chris Phillips); siblings, Gertrude (Guy) Evans, Margaret (Clyde) Jarrell, Brenda Rapp, Joyce (Houston) Ellis, Lonnie Patterson; twin-sister, Jean (Ronbo) Kazee; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob, Mike, Doug, Shawn, Trishy, Theresa, Pat, Tom, Dan, Terry, Colleen; nieces and nephews, Teresa, Stacey, Terry, Candy, Nicole, Phillip, Matt, Jerry Lee, Corky, Dan, Pam, Penny, and many great-nieces and nephews.
