David Kent

David Ray Kent, age 40, of Clarksville, TN passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Brown officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home. No graveside service will be held. David entered this life on February 8, 1982, in Erin, TN to Kenneth and Roberta Spicer Kent. He was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church and loved supporting Alabama sports. David was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting. He was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed basketball and church league softball. David was employed with Kent Glass for over 22 years, until he started his own business, D & E Glass. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Emerald Joiner Kent; children by marriage, Ashley Joiner and Shelby Joiner; sisters, Lee Ann (Mike) Norton, and Mary Kent; grandfather, Dennis Crews; nieces, Cierra (Jordon) Nessmith, and Jessica (Lane) Norton; nephew, Devan Kent; great nieces, Charleigh and Parker Nessmith.
