David Davis

David Lee Davis, age 48, formerly of Clarksville, TN passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at his home while surrounded by his loved ones.
David was born on February 23, 1975, in Clarksville, TN. He took pride in being a loving husband, father, son, brother, PaPa, and friend. David had a passion for all types of racing, especially dirt bikes. He enjoyed cheering on the Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt Commodores, and Nashville Predators. David loved life, traveling, but more than anything, his family. He was previously a project superintendent for Walsh Construction for ten years and most recently for Sauer Construction.
David is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dotson Suiter, Jr., Mary Davis, and Charles Davis.
In addition to his parents, Robert and Janice Davis, he is survived by his wife, Amy Davis; children, Zac (Kristen) Davis, Kaitlyn Davis, Samantha Davis, Dayton (Shelby) Thomas, and Danielle Purcell; grandchildren, Lennon Sills, Raelynn Purcell, Hayden Thomas, and Oaklynn Kottong; nanny, Elnora Suiter; sisters, Misty (Larry) Brill, Kristy (Mikey) Zimmerman, and Mary Beth (Tony) Bisogno.
Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Saturday, March 18, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Keesee Cemetery.
