Darlyn Fay Westerman

Darlyn Fay Westerman, age 93 of Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. She was born in McKeesport, PA on January 12, 1932; daughter of the late Philip and Sigrid Johnson Schnellbacher.

Being a military spouse for 20 plus years, Darlyn became a mentor for many other wives over the years. She was a department store manager for 30 plus years for Sears. She will always be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, CSM (Ret.) Melvin Strawser; and daughter, Carryl Mellane Strawser 

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, CSM (Ret.) Herman "Wes" Westerman; son, Lesile Carl Strawser; daughter, Sandra (Michael) Linkous; grandchildren, Zachary Linkous, Barton Linkous, and Elizabeth (Walker) Sloan; great grandchildren, Henry, and Caroline Sloan.

Private Services will be held for Mrs. Darlyn Fay Westerman.
