Darlene Rye

Darlene Sue Rye, age 67, of Erin, TN, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday July 11, 2021 at 2:00pm at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home, with Bro. Brian Taylor and Bro. Tony Baggettt officiating. Interment will follow at Batson Cemetery.
The Rye family will receive friends from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Saturday, July 10, and again on Sunday from 10:00 am until the hour of service.
Darlene entered this life on January 17,1954 in Myserdale, PA, daughter to the late Harvey Crissinger and Agnes Caton Crissinger. She was a long time member of Paterson’s Chapel Revival Center.
Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years James “shorty” Rye, her sons; Dathon Rye (Leslie), and Derreack Rye (Lisa). She also leaves behind her loving grandchildren; Harvey Rye, Ethan Rye, Collen Rye, Livia Rye and Chelsea Rye, as well as her two loving sisters Marlene Sutton and Anna Pepper. She also had two dear friends who stuck by her side through thick and thin; Mrs. Wanda Arp and Mrs. Sue Dew.
Family and Friends will serve as Pall-bearers.
