Danny Ray Bowker

Danny Ray Bowker, age 69, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2024 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Mackens officiating.

Burial will follow at Nanney Hollis Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 noon until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Danny entered this life on February 10, 1955, in Cheatham County, Tn to the late James Henry Gesler Bowker and Elsie Dyce Bowker. He was a member of Waltons Chapel Church and was a team leader for Nyrstar Zinc Plant, where he was employed for 40 years. Danny was very interested in history, enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing a farming video game.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Douglas, Mabel, Henry, and Horace.

Survivors include his wife, Merry Holt Bowker, ;son, Jeffery Bowker; daughter, Heather (Travis) Logsdon; grandchildren, Hayden and Cameron; sister, Sandy Bowker.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Hollis, Justin Jackson, Keenan Frost, Sean Frost, Mason Stuard, Ricky Johnson, and Derek Martin.
