Daniel Sizemore Jr., 65, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 in Clarksville.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, June 26, 2017 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY.
Visitation will from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Monday.
Mr. Sizemore was born November 12, 1951 in Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Thompson Sizemore.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his brother-in-law, Tim (Tina) Thompson.
