Clifford Hunter, 94 of Clarksville, passed away February 17, 2016 at his home.
A graveside service for Mr. Clifford and his wife, Ruth, who passed away in 2011, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2015 at Lockwall Cemetery in Cheaphill, TN. Military Honors will be rendered for Mr. Clifford at the Graveside.
Family and friends are invited to the family residence following the service.
Clifford was born on July 6, 1921 in Cheatham County, the son of the late Adam Hunter and Polly Ann Barr Hunter. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth McCarron Hunter.
He is survived by his daughter, Patty (John) Noonan; brother-in-law, Joe Boulier of Bangor, Maine and many loving nieces and nephews.
Clifford was a World War II and Germany Veteran with the United States Air Force. He then worked as a mechanic.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clarksville Humane Society at 940 Tennessee Avenue, Clarksville, TN 37040.
