Clarence A. Nance, age 57, formerly of of Evansville, IN passed away September 22, 2018 due to health issues.
Clarence was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to all that knew him. He truly loved fixing things and spent countless hours on the computer but his compassion was the vintage pinball machine. Everyone knows Tony invented his astrological sign (Taurus) because he was (Bull Headed). He worked for Walmart for many years and loved talking and debating about anything. Clarence served in two branches of the United States Military. The Marine Corp, and the Army, where he retired and made his home in Clarksville, TN.
Clarence is preceded in death by both parents, Audrey R. Nance, and Lawrence Stone.
He leaves to cherish memories to his loving wife, Zarlena Nance; daughters, Christenny Luckett, Tonnisha and Tiana Nance; son, Anthony Nance; brother, Tim (Cynthia) Jennings; sister, Sabrina Wilson Bell, and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, September 28, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at 11 a.m. at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, located at 1209 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040. A Graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville, IN.
