Clarence D. “Tweety” Lamberth, age 69 passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m., with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Officiating will be Pastors Charles Potter, Stephen Cathy, and Cullen Baggett.
Tweety was born on January 10, 1951in Forth Worth, TX, to the late Clarence F. and Ethel Anderson Lamberth. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord in 1977, and was a faithful member at Tennessee Ridge Baptist Church for many years, serving in various positions. Tweety was a long-haul truck driver for numerous years, as well as a former sheriff of Houston County.
Tweety is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Linda Wyatt Lamberth; children, Cyndi (Bill) Baggett, Justin (Nichole) Lamberth; his beloved grandchildren, Tobianne (Tyler) McCown, Cullen D. Baggett, Josee Baggett, Sawyer Baggett, Knox Lamberth, Jude Lamberth; and great-granddaughter, Caroline McCown. Tweety also leaves behind his sister, Patricia Arthon; and brothers, Charlie, Mike, Russell, Gary, And Glenn Lamberth.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
