Clarence Alfred "Skip" Cook, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2017 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastor Choong Moon officiating. His family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Skip will be laid to rest at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Full Military Honors will be rendered.
Skip entered into this life on September 3, 1953 in Rockford, Illinois to parents George Alfred Cook and Joyce Cook Londrie. He was retired from a 22 year career with the U.S. Army and also enjoyed his retirement job at Papa John's where he loved delivering pizzas for over 24 years. Skip was an avid golfer.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his loving wife, Kwang "KC" Cook; son, Jason Cook (Pam); grandchildren, Nathan, Nick, and Raeanne; and siblings, Joe Cook, George Cook, and Donna Cook. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Tallsen.
