Clarabell Mildrid Korman Glass, age 77, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Signature Health Care of Clarksville.
Her remains are to be cremated. No local services are planned.
Clarabell entered this life on March 10, 1936 in Greensburg, IN, daughter to the late Jesse and Thelma Tompkins. She married the late Richard W. Glass in 1958 and they enjoyed a wonderful 45 year marriage before his passing in 2004. Along with being a devoted wife she was also a loving mother and worked as a dispatcher for the Copiah Co., MS Sheriff's Department where she served for over 30 years. Clarabell enjoyed sewing and cross stitch.
Survivors include her children, Stephen W. Glass of Clarksville and Patrick A. Glass of Bryant, AR, and Jeffery T. Glass of Cathedral City, CA; and siblings, James R. Tomkins of Graham, WA, Linda Dashiell of Greensburg, IN, and Sandra Holman, also of Greensburg. She was also the loving grandmother to three grandchildren.
