Clara Kingsmill

Clara Ann Kingsmill, age 69 of Erin, TN, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018 at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Dillard officiating. Burial will follow in McMillan Cemetery.
The Kingsmill family will receive friends on Friday from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday morning.
Clara entered this life on July 12, 1948 in Cuthbert, GA, daughter to the late Hubert and Virginia Mcchan Shellhouse. Clara was a Homemaker where she raised her children, and was “Nana” to many.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by five brothers, and four sisters.
Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, Darrell Kingsmill; daughters, Susan Foster (Eugene), Melissa Largent (Rhyne), Sherry Martin (Richard), and Teresa Kingsmill. Clara also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Houston County Sheriff’s Department and the City of Erin Police Department.
