Chris Nichols, age 44 of Erin, TN, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2015 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Neal officiating. Burial will follow in the Dority Family Cemetery.
The Nichols family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 8:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday afternoon.
Chris entered this life on December 30, 1970 in Erin, TN, son to Bobby Nichols and Deborah Brake Schaus. Chris was a member of Griffins Chapel Church of the Nazarene, and the Carpenters Union # 223.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Nichols, and his grandfather Orman Brake.
Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Susan Nichols; children, Brett, Robert, Brooke, and Kristina Nichols; mother, Deborah Brake Schaus; brothers, Matt Turner (Tracy), David Schaus (Mary), Daniel Schaus (Ana); sisters, Teresa Meyer (Randy), and Cindy Ryan (Michael).
Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Vogel, Tim Griffin, Tim Rowlett, Richie Brandon, Paul Earl, and Nathan Heath.
