Charlie Hill

Charles Curtis Hill, affectionately known as Charlie, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.

Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Lanny Graves officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Charlie entered this life on December 4, 1950,  in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina to the late Aloysius Vincent Hill, Sr. and Lola Small Hill. He was known as a Bible scholar and a child of God. Charlie and his wife, Audrey were followers of Christ and enjoyed gardening together. He was active with the Shiloh Ridge Missions and was on the board of directors for the Shiloh Military Ministry.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Aloysius Vincent Hill, Jr.

Survivors include his sons, Jared Hill, and wife Mandy, Jacob Hill, and wife Charli Beth; stepson, David Rose, and wife Rae; grandchildren, Adalynn, Cash, Harper, and Jack. Charlie also leaves behind the mother of his children, Carol Stiles Hill Stephens.
