Charles Fessler

Mr. Charles William Fessler, age 74 of McEwen, TN, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at his residence.
Charles entered this life on March 30, 1949 in Portland, OR, son to the late Arthur and Blanch Roginski Fessler. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army 101st Infantry where he fought in Desert Storm. After his retirement from the U.S. Army, Charles continued to serve his country and community as a nurse. Charles had a love for Oregon Ducks basketball, and his children and grandchildren was his life.
Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Sandra Fessler; sons, Sean Fessler (Mariah Davis), Kevin Wolf; daughters, Amie Fessler, Rhonda Fessler, Hannah Fessler, Cassie Sayle; brothers, Bill Fessler, Pete Fessler, Mike Fessler, John Fessler; and sister, Rosmary Weinard. Charles also leaves behind his loving grandchildren, Savannah Yonts, Jade Sayle, Elise Sayle, and Alicen Rose Petty.
A Memorial service to celebrate Charles life will be held at a later date at the Erin Church of the Nazarene.
