Charles "Eddie" Reeder

Charles Eddie Reeder, age 76 of Clarksville, TN, passed away September 22, 2023 at Centennial Medical Center while surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Zach Reeder officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery.

The Reeder family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday afternoon at the funeral home.

Charles entered this life on July 19, 1947 in Erin, TN, son to the late William Taft Reeder and Margaret Wheatley Reeder. He served one tour with the Navy before having a long career with TVA.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son, Richard Reeder, and his sister, Jane Reeder.

Survivors include his loving wife Brenda Reeder; sons, Taft Reeder (Martha), Jordan Reeder (Sara), Alex Reeder (Cody); brother, Tracy Reeder (Lessie); daughter in law, Gina Reeder; and step-son, William Orr (Kathleen). Charles also leaves behind several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Mike Hankins, Terry Norfleet, Jimmy Dew, Donnie Ray Beechum, Tracy Reeder, and Tiago Machry. Kenny Baggett will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that a donation be made to the charity of your choice in Mr. Reeder’s name.
