Charles Ray Eastham, age 89, of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Ft. Worth, TX.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, September 2, 2018 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Chaplain Paul Walker officiating. Interment will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
The Eastham family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Charles entered into this life on June 5, 1929, in Wharton, WV to the late Mason and Sophia Burgess Eastham. After twenty one years of service, Charles retired from the United States Army. He proudly served in Vietnam. He went on to later retire from the Forestry Division at Ft. Campbell.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Delores Mullins Eastham; sons, Robert "Stan", and Terry Eastham, and brothers, Clarence, Max, and Jack Eastham. Charles is survived by his daughter, Karen (Jim) Hopson; sisters, Pauline Sanders, and Phyllis (Bob) Bonivich; grandchildren, Chris Eastham, Patrick Eastham, Amber Tufts, Courtney Elliott, and Crystal Gerwitz, and seven great-grandchildren.
