Charles Colwell

Charles Bradley “Hedgehog” Colwell, 30, passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2018. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Georgia and John Mitchell, Jr. and Harold Colwell, Sr. Also, an uncle Harold Colwell, Jr. He is survived by one daughter, Haylee Colwell; mother, Gina (Michael) Cotton, Scottsville, KY; father, Roger (Angela) Colwell, Bethpage TN. He is also survived by his siblings; sister, Nikki (DJ) Johnson, Clarksville, TN; brother, John Phillip (Kristian) Colwell, Bowling Green, KY. Also, his grandmother, Georgia Colwell, Huntsville, AL and his nephews, nieces, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Brad was a graduate of East Robertson High School. He was an avid listener to classic rock music and always loved his family and friends. He very much treasured his time as a volunteer firefighter with the Cross Plains Fire Department. As a final act of kindness, he was an organ donor so that other others might have a chance at life.
There was a celebration of life Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Kilgore Park Pavilion. The family received friends from 4:00-6:00pm followed by a service with Bro. Garet Davidson officiating.
