Catherine Self

Mrs. Catherine Self, 86, Erin, died Friday, July 25, 2008 at Signature Healthcare. The funeral will be held at 10am Monday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Newberry and Bro. David Steppee officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 till 8pm Sunday and from 8am until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Catherine was born May 31, 1922 in Houston County, TN, the daughter of the late Dallas Tanner and Azalee Bowman Tanner. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Self. Survivors include three sons Ernest Self Jr. and Jessie Self both of Erin, TN, Earl Self of Wayne, WV, four daughters Joyce Mosley of Ecorce, Mich., Wanda Watson of Brownstown, Mich., Hazel Clark of Livonia, Mich., Brenda MacKinnon of Erin, TN, 16 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 27 great- grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Brenda MacKinnon, Doug MacKinnon, Douglas E.MacKinnon, Jessie Self, Catherine MacKinnon, Alan Mosley
