Mrs. Carol Ann Johnson, age 74 of Waverly, TN, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Waverly Healthcare and Rehab Center.
Carol entered this life on September 19, 1941 in Saginaw, MI, daughter to the late Donald and Ruth Masales O’Connor. Carol was a loving mother and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband Jim Johnson.
Survivors include her daughters, Victoria McClaran, Cindy Johnson; and son, Donald Johnson.
There are no services planned at this time as her wishes were to be cremated.
