Carlene Allsbrooks

Mary “Carlene” Mathis Allsbrooks, age 94 formerly of Erin, TN, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 in Spring Hill, TN.
A celebration of her life will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastors Terry Mathis and Roy Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Lockhart Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.
Carlene entered this life on March 1, 1926 in Erin, TN, daughter to the late Leonard and Tassie Mathis. Carlene was a lifelong member of Campground Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, Carlene was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Allsbrooks; brothers, Albert Mathis, Hershel Mathis, Dee Mathis, Doy Mathis, Ray Mathis; sisters, Nettie Gray and Pauline Smith.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Sandra (Russell) Farris, sister, Joyce Owens Lacey, granddaughter, Mitzi (Jeffery) Maupin, and great-grandchildren, Peyton, Harrison, and Sawyer.
Serving as pallbearers will be Donnie Smith, Carol Smith, Jeff Cooper, Sammy Mathis, Vince Brooks and Donnie Simmons.
Due to the recent pandemic, those attending the services will be required to wear face mask and practice social distancing.
