Buell South Jr.

Buell Lee `Bill` South Jr., 60, Clarksville, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. David Fambrough officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 noon - 8 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the church. A Masonic Service will be held 8 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born December 18, 1946 in Montgomery County, son of Buell South Sr. and Mary R. Schmittou South. Mr. South was a heavy equipment operator, a member of Memorial Baptist Church, a Viet Nam U.S. Army Veteran and belonged to the Palmyra Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife Vicki Goulet South, Clarksville; sons, Brian South, Palmyra, Michael South, Adams; daughters, Shelly Huffman and Crystal Perry, both of Clarksville; sister, Gail Bakker, Clarksville; six granddaughters. Pallbearers will be Brian South, Michael South, Josh Perry, Chad Huffman, Lee Bakker and Ronald Schmittou.
